1. Our Commitment

Pillow is owned and operated by BBMM Technologies Inc. We believe privacy is a fundamental requirement for deep work and mental clarity, and we have designed Pillow to keep your thought processing private.

2. On-Device Processing

Pillow processes the contents of your thoughts on-device, including its AI-powered routing. Thought content is not sent to BBMM Technologies Inc. servers, external AI APIs, or analytics services for processing.

3. Data Storage and Sync

Your captured thoughts are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple CloudKit synchronizes that data through your private iCloud account. Integrations with Apple Reminders and Calendar are performed on-device through Apple's EventKit framework. BBMM Technologies Inc. does not maintain a database of your thoughts or user profiles for Pillow.

4. No Analytics or Tracking

Neither the Pillow app nor this website uses analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, or other trackers. We do not monitor how you use Pillow or what you capture.

5. Security

Pillow adheres to macOS sandboxing protocols to ensure that it only accesses the resources it explicitly needs to function. Your data is protected by the native security features of macOS.
