At Pillow, we believe that privacy is not just a feature; it is a fundamental requirement for deep work and mental clarity. We have engineered Pillow to be a sanctuary for your thoughts.

2. 100% Local Operation

Pillow operates 100% locally on-device. No thoughts, transcripts, or data are sent to cloud servers, external AI APIs, or third-party analytics. Data remains strictly on your macOS device at all times. Pillow does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. All processing via Apple Neural Engine happens locally.

3. Data Storage and Sync

Your captured thoughts are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData. Integration with Apple Reminders is performed via Apple's EventKit framework directly on your machine. We do not maintain any external databases or user profiles.

4. No Third-Party Analytics

We do not use any tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party analytics tools. We have no way of knowing how you use the app or what you capture. Your workflow is entirely private to you.

5. Security

Pillow adheres to macOS sandboxing protocols to ensure that it only accesses the resources it explicitly needs to function. Your data is protected by the native security features of macOS.
